3. Do you have any tips for troubleshooting technical issues during the event?
Yes, some top technology troubleshooting tips are also listed below:

a) For best user experience and to ensure full viewing, download the Adobe Connect application if possible (see below for links). For those logging in via the browser, your video stream may be limited to one webcam at a time.
          For Windows (32 bit): https://www.adobe.com/go/Connect11_32msi
          For Mac: https://www.adobe.com/go/ConnectMac11Plus
b) Log in early to ensure your technology is working properly and to help us start on time. Login access begins at 12:00 pm ET on August 17, 2021.
c) For the best connection, quit other applications that might be using bandwidth, like email and IM. If possible, use an ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi.
d) You may need to disconnect from VPN or your government system and use a personal device.
e) Use a browser other than Internet Explorer if possible. If one browser causes difficulty, try another browser.
f) When you enter your username and password to log into the event, check the “Remember Username” box, and the “remember my choice in this browser” to ensure seamless transition between breakout rooms and general sessions.
g) After logging into the SBTW21 event platform, test your audio using the Audio Setup Wizard. The speaker icon will be green if it’s on. When you enter breakout rooms, you may need to reconfigure your settings and turn your speakers on again. Meeting participants will not need to use a microphone.
