Ms. Denise L. Randolph currently serves as the Chief of Staff in the DON Office of Small Business Programs. Prior to reporting in July 2021, Ms. Randolph was the Director of Policy in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Procurement (DASN(P)). She is a Level III-certified Contract Specialist with over 30 years of contracting experiences in positions such as Director of Contracts for the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle Program as well as the Deputy at the Naval Research Laboratory. She has also served as the Director of Contracts for the Deepwater Program and the Chief of Staff for the Office of Procurement Operations, both in the Department of Homeland Security. Ms. Randolph served for 8 years as the Department of the Navy’s voting member on the Defense Acquisition Regulation (DAR) Council, responsible for developing the acquisition rules and guidance for the acquisition and procurement workforce. She is also an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Navy.
