Sam Le is SBA’s Director for Policy Planning and Liaison. In that role, he works with all Federal agencies to increase their contract spending with small businesses, including disadvantaged, veteran-owned, HUBZone and women-owned small businesses. He develops SBA’s regulations on government contracts and provides guidance to the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Sam is a recent recipient of the SBA Embrace Award, recognizing his contributions to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. Sam started at SBA in 2008 after two years in private practice and obtaining his bachelors and law degrees from the University of Virginia.
